I have always struggled with Yoga. It hurts my wrists and honestly it just wasn’t fun. I did p90x yoga and boy, that’s a tough one. We had a yoga studio open up near us and going to a class has made me a convert! Thankfully they have $5 fridays which is amazing. I can go early to the Rise and Shine class. It makes my back feel amazing!
I still struggled with my wrists until the instructor handed me some blocks and my down dog was just so amazing. It didn’t hurt me!
Next I went to harmony yoga, which is similar to deep stretch. We used bolsters and pillows to relax over while still stretching. It was very rejuvenating and relaxing!
