		<description>I did lose my monday underwear...craziness.  I didn&#039;t do plyo I think I ran instead.  Tuesday yoga hasn&#039;t worked out yet either.  I just am too busy!

This week - 
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Swim
Wednesday - Run (and hopefully yoga tonight!)
Thursday - Legs &amp; Arms
Friday - Off
Saturday - Bike &amp; Run
Sunday - Bike

I dont know how to fit in more swims??? I guess I have to add more workouts...</description>

		<description>I survived, but not very well!  The guy who was tasked with staying with the slow-mo (who was VERY sweet) got me lost!!  Never feels good to have someone say - oh shoot I&#039;m not sure where we are.  Thank goodness for iphones.  AND the group went way faster as well as took an extra loop.  I wont be doing that again any time soon!  I&#039;ll stick to my neighborhood rides for a while.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s weird that you would say that particular dvd hurt your back because it hurts mine alot too!  I have done 3 rounds of P90X and P90XPlus and 1 round of Insanity.  The Turbo Fire is by far my favorite and more my style but it is much more  intense as far as twisting and jumping with 2 feet off the ground.  All the other Turbo Fire dvds (even the longer ones) are not has hard on my back as this one. I have had to take it waaay down when I do this one and I am not one to do that especially when aerobically I can handle this without a problem.  It actually bothers my lower back and hurts when I do the twisting and kicks to the right....not so much on the left.  I am going to rest it for a brief time with just walking fast on a treadmill and see what happens.  we&#039;ll see what happens.  I dont want to quit this but I may have to go back to the other 2 programs that I did as they didn&#039;t bother me.  Wish me luck.</description>
