TwoFit was created out of a simple need: a place where mothers could show up, move their bodies, and rebuild strength—without overthinking, guilt, or pressure.
As a mom, I know how overwhelming it can feel to care for everyone else and still try to make time for yourself. That’s why I wanted to build a program where you don’t have to plan, guess, or figure anything out. You just show up, start the clock, and do the work. The structure is there so you can focus on consistency—not perfection.
But TwoFit is more than just workouts.
Even though we may be training in different homes, garages, or gyms, TwoFit was designed to feel like a sisterhood. A community of mothers choosing to commit to themselves together—encouraging, supporting, and holding one another accountable through shared effort and online connection.
This space exists for the mom who wants to feel strong again. For the woman who wants to recognize herself in the mirror. For the mother who knows that taking care of her body isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
TwoFit is about showing up, even when it’s hard. It’s about building strength through commitment, community, and faith—and remembering that you don’t have to do it alone.

Meet Anna
Founder, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, NASM Certified Trainer
I’m Anna, the founder of TwoFit, a certified personal trainer through NASM and a CrossFit Level 2 coach with over 10 years of experience helping people build strength and confidence.
After having my two boys, I quickly realized how hard it was to make it to the gym consistently. Life looked different. Schedules changed. Priorities shifted. And fitting in a workout often felt overwhelming or unrealistic. That’s when I knew something had to change—not my commitment to fitness, but the way fitness fit into motherhood.
I created TwoFit to meet moms exactly where they are. This program was built for workouts you can do while your kids are napping, playing nearby, or simply being part of the process. No complicated planning. No long commutes. Just effective, intentional workouts designed for real life.
At the heart of TwoFit are the two things that matter most to me: faith and family. My faith grounds everything I do, and my family is my greatest calling. But I’ve learned that in order to show up for my family in the best way possible—patient, present, and strong—I have to take care of my body too. Fitness isn’t about vanity or perfection; it’s about having the strength, energy, and discipline to serve my family well and live out my faith with intention.
TwoFit exists to help moms feel strong again, confident again, and supported—so they can show up fully for their families and for the lives they’ve been called to live.
