I started this challenge at 163 and this morning was at 150!!! I have done Abby Rittenhouse meal plans through this challenge as well! I honestly have never felt better and haven’t seen 150 on the scale since maybe high school??? But honestly my mentally is the biggest change I have seen throughout this journey. I started TwoFit in May 2025 when I was 5 months postpartum. I had spent the last several years feeling very uncomfortable in my own skin. I never struggled with my weight before my late twenties, so it was really difficult to deal with. I also gained a LOT of weight during my pregnancy. When TwoFit started I was ready for the push to get the rest of the baby weight off AND the weight I had put on pre-pregnancy. I am happy to report that I am back to a healthy body that I feel confident in! The program pushed me when that’s what I needed and was easy to tailor to meet my needs when I needed to scale back.
